How would I describe myself in one word? Ambivert.

I am the type of person who is always up for an adventure, but loves to be at home, doing something creative in my free-time. This could be renovating my old house or making a prop for a cake smash. In addition to being crafty, I love making people laugh. I know that sounds cliche, but getting a laugh out of people, no matter how silly I look, has always been my thing. I was even voted "wittiest" in high school. When working with you, I strive to have true smiles and emotions. Who knows, we may end up doing the Y-M-C-A together. Have I mentioned that I would do anything for a good laugh?

Some other cool things about me, I am a mom of two little boys who make appearances on my socials quite often. They love and hate it. I was lucky enough to meet my soulmate in high school and married him in 2018. Oregon has been my home since I was born. I grew up in Albany, but eventually my parents grew tired of the rain and moved us to Bend. Then they missed the rain and moved us back to the Willamette Valley, which is where I currently reside. Although, I will always have a love for Bend. I come from a large, close family that is typically loud and full of laughter when we are together.

My photography style is what I would consider a combination of lifestyle/documentary and posed. I love the look of newborns first coming home and everyone doting over them, unposed. I may help with posing you to get that just right look in the moment, but I will more than likely take photos of you unposed and being in your natural way. Both are a beautiful look.

With that all said, my top priority, in all seriousness, is your comfort in front of my camera. I want to catch your raw emotions and make them the stories you want to hang on your wall. I also understand the importance of making you feel comfortable enough to catch those moments.
